Our Orchestra is known for its beautiful, strange and unexpecting performances.

Amsterdam Youth Symphony Orchestra (AYSO) consists of 80 musicians between the ages of 13 and 20 and our conductor Peter Veenhuizen. We rehearse twice a week in 2 different places in Amsterdam, give about 15 concerts every year and we go on tour to a country in Europe every year.

We play all styles of music and also enjoy playing with others, such as in opera, jazz or rock.
